AWR1642BOOST: How to do clustering,tracking and object classification?

Hello,

I have run through the mmWave demo visulizer and parsed the output binary file to get the point cloud information. Could some guide me through the following clustering/tracking/classification steps as shown in this picture? Or is there any demo for these last three processing steps? Thanks a lot in advance!

thanks for your so quick reply! Acturally I have run through all the steps of this SSR lab you suggested before. I could see the visualizer with targets but I would like to capture these data for offline use, to demonstrate my object classification algorithm, like the following picture shows Data1/Data2/Data3, is it possible? If it is possible, could you please tell me how to get these data? Are these clustering-tracking-classification steps implemented in DSS MSS project? Many thanks again!

Hello Kathy,
The SRR design has the clustering and tracking algorithms but does not have any object classification algorithm.

For the data after clustering (data1) and tracking(data2) you can refer to populateOutputs() in dss_data_path.c . The "clusterRepFinal" contains the clustered output and "trackerOpFinal" has the tracking output.

thanks a lot for your reply, it's very helpful, I will check the data structure of "ClusterRepFinal" and "trackerOpFinal". Is there any ready-made code example that can export "trackerOpFinal" data to a data file? Or I need to write a function to export this data in the DSS project by myself? Then I can use it directly as input of my object classification algorithms. Thanks again!

You will need to write your own code for exporting the data.
