LM63: alternative parts that could support TA=100C

My customer is seeking an alternative solution for LM63 that could work normally when TA is 100C. May I know do we have solution could meet this requirement? Thank you.

Hello Polly,

The 3 other devices i.e LM64, LM96063 and LM96163 are all rated for Ta of up to 85 degC. I don;t think we have a part rated to work up to Ta=100 degC.

Thanks for your reply. How about AMC6821? It seems it could support to until 125degC. Thank you.

Hello Polly,

Yes, AMC6821 could be another alternative device. However the operating specifications are spec'ed for Ta= -40C to 100C. So if the ambient temperature is above 100C, the spec performance is not guaranteed.
