DCA1000EVM: mmWave Studio "Error: Radar devices not selected"

Dear experts,

I'm trying to capture raw ADC data through mmWave Studio using AWR1243BOOST and DCA1000EVM.

In mmWave Studio, the error "Radar devices not selected" occurred. 

Then, I confirmed my Windows device manager, but there were only two display of COM port for DCA1000.

When connecting the device to the PC for the first time, there are four displays as shown in the user guide, and error did not occur in mmWave Studio.

But the next day, I got an error when connecting again like above.

I would appreciate it if you can advise how to solve this problem.
