TDC1000-TDC7200EVM: Communicate board TDC1000-TDC7200EVM with board MSP-EXP430FR6989

I have 2 boards: MSP-EXP430FR6989 and TDC100-TDC7200EVM. It's possible to communicate them?? In the manual I dont see any reference to that.

The TDC100-TDC7200EVM has MSP430F5529 which is used for the PC to EVM communication. Please let me know the need for MSP-EXP430FR6989.

We cannot use the existing GUI for these 2 boards to interacted with each other. In case you plan to use FR6989 instead of F5529 then you have to route a separate board with it and create your own solution.

Ok. My objective is to read a piezo electric and to do processing of the signal. How I could to do that without the GUI????
Could do my solution in Code Composer Studio???? or Labview maybe??

Luis,

If you have the TDC1000-TDC7200EVM it has an MSP430F5529 in it, which can help with the communication with PC. You can create your own program using CCS/LabView & work with the EVM.

We do not have any manual to help create a new program to communicate with the MCUs. Please refer to the datasheet or users guide for the MSP430F5529/MSP430FR6989 to help with its programming.
