TDC1000-GASEVM: Transducer output pin does not output

Hello Experts,

We purchased TDC1000-GASEVM and attempt to work it but a transducer output pin J1 and J2 of BSTEVM does not output any.

We are following the user's guide sniu026a.pdf.

• Confirmed that TP2 of BSTEVM is 30V
• 1V pulse is observed at TX1(J3 10 pin). 
• Checked "TDC1000-HV Driver EN1 and EN2" on SETUP tab of GUI. 
• Checked "TDC1000-HV Boost Power Enable EN"
• Connected transducers on J1 and J2
• JP1 is set to "HV"
• VDD of U2 and U3( UCC27531DBVR) is 0V

Could you please advice what we are missing?
