Hello everybody,
I obtained a IWR1642BOOST Evaluation board and from this step onward I am stuck. Wherever I look in the docmentation the path to start programming the device seems like gibberish to me.
I have installed MMWave SDK and CCS Studio and I have flashed the ccsdebug onto the Evaluation board and I have managed to find the documentation for mmwave api. Unfortunately these steps have lead me nowhere.
I would like to avoid programming the front-end, and instead I would like to focus on application level code. I have no idea how to do this. So my questions are as follows,and answers would be more then welcome:
1) Is it possible to avoid programming the front-end of the IWR1642BOOST ?
2) When I want to start programming on the application Level where should I start?
3) When programming on application Level , does the code execute on MCU or DSP?
4) What is interconnection between MMwave sensors and TI RTOS ? Can I use TI RTOS, and why should I bother using it in the case I can ( pros and cons of TI RTOS ) ?
My Goal is to create a tracker from which I can obtain Point cloud and tracks simultanously.Thanks in advance
