TDC1000-TDC7200EVM: GPIO4(uart1 rx) seems shorted to ground

Part Number: TDC1000-TDC7200EVM

Hi,

I use TDC1000-TDC7200EVM and use GPIO3\GPIO4 ( uart  tx, rx) to communicate with other boards. I shorted gpio3, 4 to test if they worked and they could communicate normally. but after a while, I found that the communication is not possible. Tx can normally transmit but rx can not receive data at all times . If rx and tx are shorted, there is no data signal at the tx in the oscilloscope. It feels like the rx port is shorted to the ground.

The other measurement functions of this board are still normal.

what should I do? Do I need to buy another board? Is there still a solution?
