IWR6843: Undefined variable "matlab" or class "matlab.webcam.internal.Utility.enumerateWebcams".

Part Number: IWR6843

Hi,

I'm running the people counting demo on my IWR6843 EVM.

  • I programmed the prebuilt binary into flash using
    • c:\ti\mmwave_industrial_toolbox_3_0_0\labs\lab0015_pplcount_68xx\quickstart\PC_lab_xwr68xx.bin
  • I then run the associated GUI
    • c:\ti\mmwave_industrial_toolbox_3_0_0\labs\lab0015_pplcount_68xx\quickstart\pplcount_gui.ex

When I do this, I get the following output ion the Matlab console window. It looks to be related to a webCam service which I don't really care about but I want to make sure this isn't something that'll cause side effects later down the road. The GUI seems to come up okay, I always get a little concerned about ignoring errors like these, there's always a gremlin hiding in there somewhere which will surface eventually.

Anyways, should I just ignore these or is there something wrong with my setup? Or maybe tis is a known problem (although I didn't see it when I searched E2E).

Thanks
