RTOS/IWR1443BOOST: IWR1443 : mmWave studio Postproc

I tried to verify the display by pressing Postproc while using IWR1443 as mmWave studio, but the word 'No Frame config information' is appeared and did not work.
On the OUTPUT tab, you can see an error as shown in the picture below.
My computer is window10, mmWave stereo is the latest version, and Matlab runtime is checked and installed in the guide.

    Looking at your log, Im confused , are you using a DCA1000 or a TSW1400 card?

    check out these videos they might help: DCA1000  and TWS1400.

    Let me know if you still have issues afterwards and please put complete log, copy and paste, it will help me see all your steps.

    I followed the mmWave studio guide, but as the OUTPUT continues to error, I would appreciate it if you could help me by calling it 'No frame config information' in Postproc.

    What is the SOP settings that you are using when you use the DCA board?

    Make sure that you have jumper on SOP0 and SOP1, check image below in the yellow boxes.
