I made my own board on the IWR1642 chip based on the IWR1642BOOST design.
Assembled three PCB:
1st – based on IWR1642 with next marking: «XIWR1642 QG 74ZEOD9 502 ABL G1»;
2nd and 3rd – based on IWR1642 with next marking: « XIWR1642 QG 78ZDFZ9 502 ABL G1».
The boards use 40MHz CX3225SA40000D0PTWCC crystals and power part as in the IWR1642BOOST design. After power on, only the first board earned, it was possible to launch a demo for it for IWR1642BOOST. 2nd and 3rd PCB did not work. They have the following behavior: when enabled in Flashing mode (SOP2 = 1; SOP1 = 0; SOP0 = 1) there are no oscillations of 40 MHz quartz and UniFlash cannot connect them.
Are there any differences between revisions 74ZEOD9 and 78ZDFZ9? Is it possible to somehow understand that the XIWR1642 chip is OK?
