LDC2114EVM: EVM Driver

Hello Team,

My customer is trying to setup LDC2214EVM for evaluation. According to the customer it seems the latest GUI (Ver. 1.9.4) does not contain the device driver and they cannot connect the EVM to PC.

In order to check the problem I installed the GUI and was not able to see "Device Driver Installation Wizard" that is stated in User's Guide (SNOU138A).

Does it correct installation? and is the connection problem caused by other reason?

Hello Bala,

Could you show me more details about the driver update by Device manager?

I am not familiar with Windows and software releted matter because I am analog hardware engineer.

Hello Tetsuro,
Sorry about the delayed response. When you connect the EVM to PC, does the LED light turn on, on the EVM? If so, please go to Control Panel > Device Manager > Ports (COM & LPT) > USB Serial Device. Right click the COM port and click update driver. Follow-up with us if this does not resolve your issue.
