Other Parts Discussed in Thread: HDC1080, FDC2214
We've purchased an FDC2214EVM for evaluation. We set up the GUI on a windows 10 machine, connected via USB, and it worked fine out of the box. After attempting to update the firmware, though, the GUI shows it intermittently disconnecting (even though the green LED on the board is lit) and when it does connect it shows the model number as HDC1080. We haven't been able to replace the firmware, or at least it doesn't seem to have had an effect. Is there any way we can do a factory reset or otherwise return to the firmware that the FDC224EVM shipped with?
