RTOS/AWR1642BOOST: mmWave Visualizer no reaction after sending the configuration

Tool/software: TI-RTOS

I flashed the suitable bin file to AWR1642BOOST Board successfully with 'Uniflsah'.

Then, I used the 'mmWave Demo Visualizer' to run the demo. I chose suitable Setup parameters. However, when I click the 'SEND CONFIG TO MMWAVE DEVICE' Button, there is no reaction. Also, there is empty on the 'Console Messages' output.

I am not sure of why this problem occurs, and if the board is wrong? Looking forward to your advice!

Hello William,

The SDK version chosen on your mmwave demo visualizer is 1.1 .
Have you flashed the bin file to AWR1642BOOST using the SDK 1.1?

Do you see any error on your mmwave demo visualizer ?

Yes, I flashed the bin file using the SDK1.1 and there is no error happens on the visualizer. On the bottom of the visulaizer, it showns 'waiting for data...'. It seems to be very normal. Then I clicked the 'SEND CONFIG TO MMWAVE DEVICE' Button, there is no reaction and it still showns'waiting for data...'
what should I do?

Did you remember to remove jumper SOP2 after flashing and power-cycle the board?
