TMP461: Layout with WQFN-10 Package RUN

Temperature Sensor team,

Our customer is looking for a recommended layout pattern for TMP461 in the WQFN-10 package (RUN). It is not given in the datasheet. Are you satisfied with following the layout given with the THS4551 which is in the same package? Please see that datasheet on page 68.

Hi Amit,

I should have used more precise terminology. I'm looking for the recommended Land Pattern for PCB layout design. Figure 22 doesn't show this detail.

You can use the bxl file from the TMP461 product page to generate the land pattern for specific CAD tools that the customer requires. The same can be downloaded at the following path
