    Hi Makoto,

    I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for here. There models you show look to be full equivalent circuits, but these are for much simpler devices than OPT3101. I'm not sure an equivalent circuit can encompass the functionality of OPT3101. If you are just looking for an input/output model we have an IBIS model of the IC posted on the product page. Would this work for you?

    I need to describe the input/output pin equivalent circuit in the specification for customers.
    It is not necessary except input / output.
