CCS/AWR1642: How to set breakpoint and how to trace for debug on AWR162 in CCS

Dear Officer,

When running the AWR1642 from CCS (based on User Guide - mmWave SDK Demo - 16xx.pdf), I set the breakpoint in CCS but it doesn't seem working, it never break. So how to make this breakpoint working? and how to perform the trace log? (We are using SDK1.2.0.5)

Hello He Wei,

Have you chosen the right core(R4F/DSP) before you set the breakpoint on the code ?

Dear Raghu,

Actually for testing, I set both breakpoint in both R4F and DSP main(), but it doesn't break. Basically, what i do is:

1. connected and load the code from CCS
2. set breakpoins in main() of both R4F and DSP from CCS.
3. Hit start button for both R4F and DSP from CCS, then program start to run.

But no break happening..
