TMP117: Calibration data points

Hi,

We provide calibration certificate to our customer on request and we rely on chip manufacturer calibration database to get the calibration points for each unique chip ID. Can TI provide access to the calibration database for the TMP117?

Hello Thanh

TI provides a NIST certificate of traceability for the TMP117. However access to the calibration database is not provided to customers. Only if there is an issue with a particular device, the customer may return the part to TI, in which case TI shall trace the calibration of the part.
