I am now evaluating FDC2214-Q1 for my product~

My using situation is : When my hand is close to the robot,the robot can know which direction my hand from~

I'd like to know what's the max distance can FDC2214 detect?

And can you share any producted production to me？

I want to know can FDC2214 meet my requirement and is FDC2214 a good choise to me~

I can't disclose which products it is currently being used in, but you can look at our TI designs to see some example applications.

The detection distance greatly depends on how big of a sensor you create. Larger sensors will be able to detect further away. This TI design shows proximity sensing up to 30cm away:
