    Hello Kuramochi,

    Yes, there is a plan for the TMP117 BGA package and it is expected ito be in the 1st half of 2019. We will post an update to you as soon as the part is announced. If you could let us know the end application you are expecting the device to be a part, it would help us see if there are collateral or reference designs that could also be timed along side for your reference.
