IWR6843: TX beam forming

Hello,

Does IWR6843 support Tx beam forming?

Section 6.3.1.2 Transmit Subsystem in the datasheet describes that "The device supports 6-bit linear phase modulation for MIMO radar and interference
mitigation."
Does the phase shifter support 5.625 degree/bit for each TX channel?
Is simultaneous 3ch TX supported for TX bean forming?

    Hi Katsu-san,

    The current IWR6843 parts are engineering samples which support TX beam-forming with binary phase modulation (0 or 180 degree). The production version which will be available in 2019 will support 6-bit phase shifter.

    The 6843 device supports operating any 2 transmitters at a time so 3 TX BPM MIMO is not supported as it requires all 3 transmitters operating simultaneously.
