Hello,

For what target application is AOP designed?

The status of IWR6843AOP is "Coming soon" by looking at TI web site. Target spec such as directivity, gain and etc of the antenna of AOP is defined for some specific target application at early stage of development, I think.

    Hello,

    There are various applications that are targeted through AOP, just to name a few are motion detection, occupancy detection, People Counting, Factory Automation, Proximity/Position Sensing, Robotics, Gesture, Building Automation etc...

    Hello Chethan,

    IWR6843ISK supports people count long range demo of which maximum unambiguous range is 50m. Comparing it to the applications you informed, IWR6843AOP is probably targeting shorter range than IWR6843ISK.
