Hi,

We are working on the doppler AWR1642BOOST, we are unable to run the mmwave demo visulaizer, both the desktop app and the cloud TI agent on google using the TI bridge chrome. After loading the image using uniflash in the SDK: c:/ti/packages/demo/mmw/xwr16xx_mmw_demo.bin successfully and putting the device in the functional mode and trying to connect the device to mmwqve demo visualizer we keep on getting  " connecting waiting for data" and nothing happens.

    Hi,

    Could you check the following:

    1) Are you using a 5V 2.5A power supply?
    2) If you open the Application UART in a terminal program like Tera Term, and press the reset button on the board, do you see any CLI messages in the terminal sent by the board?
    3) Can you let us know which SOP jumpers are populated on the board?
    4) Which was the version of the SDK that you used to get the demo.bin file?

    If possible, could you share a picture of the top side of the board here so that we can identify the board version.
