Can you please provide some background here on why you are trying to do this?

Normally, the raw ADC data is consumed completely by the processing chain in the AWR1642 and you would not normally need to plot it.
If you require plotitng the raw ADC data, then the recommended way is to use the DCA1000 EVM (www.ti.com/.../DCA1000EVM).
