OPT3101: Operating temperature Range

Part Number: OPT3101

I am developing a distance measurement product that the Ti  OPT3101 would fit but it would be in an automotive environment.  It's listed operating temperature range of this part is -40C to +85C.  Is it possible to get a screened version of this part that could operate to +105C and perhaps meet AEC-Q100 ?

    Hi Mike,

    OPT3101 is not automotive qualified. Since this would require rerunning all the testing for the device under different conditions I believe we would need a strong business case to do so.
