I used mmwave studio, the SPI can not connect.

How to solve this problem?

Hi,

It looks like you have an AWR1642 ES1 board. The firmware included in mmwave studio is for AWR1642 ES2.

The last supported DFP for AWR1642 ES1 is DFP 0.9.1.6 - you can download it from here:
software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

Can you please download and use this version, and let us know if it works for you?

Hi,

Can you check using the RadarStudio tool included with DFP 0.9.1.6?

Also, can you confirm that the flash is erased using Uniflash?

The message show "Unable to Locate the LabView Run Time",

I don't know which version I need to install (32-bit or 64-bit,...).

I use RadarStudio and DFP 0.9.1.6, the flash is erased by Uniflash.

And I press SPI connect, but the SPI status is disconnected.

Can I must change DFP version?

Can you confirm that you are using a 5V 2.5A power supply?

Hi,

Can you post a picture of the board showing the LEDs that are on when you first power up the board?

Can you press the nRST button on the board after power up and before connecting with Radar Studio?

After I went to the local office of TI, and checked these. The mmwave-DevPack board has problem.
