What is the function of AWR642's VPP（Voltage supply for fuse chain）?

Hello ,
The VPP supply can be used in the secure device version (AWR1642ABISABLQ1 ) to fuse you own security keys which would be used for encryption.

The latest official website reference design,VPP has no power,add test pad.Why?

The VPP supply is only needed on the secure variant of the AWr1642 device (AWR1642ABISABLQ1) during the process of burning the security keys. The supply does not have to be always present. If you have a test pad that can be used to feed the 1.7V on the VPP pad and once the security keys are fused it can be removed. Hence there is no need of a permanent supply on this pin.
