Hello,
I am trying to bring up my TI AWR6142BOOST-ODS board out of box. I was able to reload the program to the flash through Uniflash tool -- the tools console showed that the flash was "Erase Storage completed successfully" and "Program load completed successfully". the reload bin file is the SDK default bin file for this device.
then I pulled out the jumper on SOP2 to put the device into functional mode.
I launched the mmWaveDemoVisualizer with Chrome (dev.ti.com/mmWaveDemoVisualizer). After choosing right serial port and default baud rate, I tried to connect to the board, the console always keeping saying ""Connecting to target". Seems that my PC (windows) has problem to connect to the board. I tried to switch my serial port number back and forth. it does help to solve the problem.
Would you please explain it why?
