Our customer want to evaluate the MTBF, customer want to know how many transistors in these device: LM50C\UCC28C45\AMC1200BD\OPA2171AIDR\UCC27524,

We do not have the MTBF data for LM50 device nor can we provide the transistor count as such on the forum. I can check if we can provide the FIT rate if possible.
