Hello,
when will be the capture demo for the IWR6843 available?

Is there an example for a 3D point cloud with the IWR6843 under Windows but w/o ROS.

Hello Holger,

The capture demo has been deprecated since SDK 2.0 and will not be available for the IWR6843.

A 3D point cloud can be generated using the standard mmWave SDK (out of box demo)
software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

Holger,

ADC data capture is now supported via mmWave Studio and the DCA1000 capture card

An introduction to the OOB demo is here: training.ti.com/mmwave-sdk-evm-out-box-demo
The data can be recorded using the visualizer - there is a data logging feature that records the byte stream received via UART.
