AWR1642BOOST: mmWave_Demo_Visualizer 3.1.0 can not open (offline version)

Hi,

     My mmWave Demo Visualizer 3.1.0 (3.0.0) can not open,

but when I use ver 1.2.0, it can open and display demo.

     I use CLI (guicomposer\runtime\gcruntime.v7\mmWave_Demo_Visualizer>launcher)

or GUI(shortcut mmWave_Demo_Visualizer 3.1.0) to activate. It does not work.
