I have looked up in SDK Developer Guide and cli.c but could not get

motionDetection

parameter setup description.

Where can I get to know more about it?

From which application you are picking this parameter? Please provide more info (SDK version, application name)

I am using automotive toolbox with SDK 2.0. Its vital demo application.

Hello Laxmi,
That CLI command can be used with the Vital sign application only and that is defined in labs\lab0001-driver-vital-signs\vitalSigns_target\mss\cli.c file, it's nothing to do with SDK cli.c; cli.c is application specific implementation.
