IWR1443: Question about the data captured and processed by IWR1443

I used IWR1443 and the zone occupancy demo to capture the point cloud data, which contains the x, y, z coordinates, Doppler and intensity of points. I find that the Doppler of many points were 16829 and it is obvious not the correct value for detected objects' Doppler. I want to know how this strange value is obtained and how to correct it?

Sorry for the delay, which version of the SDK and demo are you using?

I think you may using a version of the SDK that has different Doppler encoding.

Hello,

Can you use this visualizer that logs the point cloud to a CSV file?
Please also provide a description of the scene (what type of object, what speed you are expecting it is moving at?).

Thanks for your replay.
I used mmWave Demo Visualizer 60 GHz to record the data, but I found that it only could be saved as binary format. How does this visualizer logs the point could to a CSV file?
Our objects are the people walking in the room and we want uniformly distributed point cloud which can depict the general shape of people, which means that both people's limbs and torso can be detected while people walking.

Hello,

Are you using a 1443 or 6843 device. If you are using 1443 you should use this visualizer to record to CSV: dev.ti.com/.../
