IWR6843: What the differences between IWR6843 and IWR1443?

I found that the lab "Zone Occupancy" is only available for IWR1443, but after comparing the parameters of IWR1443 and IWR6843, i didn't found the constrains that keep IWR6843 from this lab. I think, to some extent, IWR6843 has better conditions than 1443. Am I right?
