we own a IWR1443Boost board. (ES 3.0)
We bought MMWAVE-DEVPACK and TSW1400 EVM.
We followed the video tutorial for "capturing raw data using TSW1400EVM", installed every software required, and followed the procedure.
WE are currently using MMWaveStudio v.2.0.0.2 and HSDC Pro v5.0
Our issues are about the "sensorconfig" section of MMWaveStudio.
Once we set every parameter, "set up TSW1400" (without any errors from the console), and try to ARM the TSW and then TRIGGER FRAME, nothing works.
I have read EVERY SINGLE THREAD on this forum.
Tried waiting for one second between arming and triggering.
Tried waiting for the Whole procedure after arming, before triggering.
Tried waiting for two seconds between arming and triggering.
These are the options we have chosen (based on YOUR tutorial on "mmWave Sensor Raw Data Capture Using the TSW1400 Board" )
UPDATE:
On the back of our TSW1400EVM, every led is turned on except for LED4 and LED5. We noticed that LED5 is linked to the DDR memory initialization completion: might it be the cause of our troubles? After reading another previous thread, I tried extracting and re-inserting the DDR memory, to absolutely no results.
