IWR6843: max measurement rate

The update rate for device is typically based on frame rate set in the device.  Idea being that at the end of every frame, the device post processes RF data and sends the detected results out.

Frame rate along with other chirp parameters are configured based on the detection and sensing needs. 

IWR6843 can allow frame rates to be as low as sub miliseconds, however for reliable detection we recommend frame rates in range of 1ms and above, giving update rates of upto 1kHz. Please note this is not the limitation of the device but suggested rates for reliable detection.

For further increasing the update rate frame rate can be reduced, here are two examples where  update rate of 2.7Khz can be achieved

A slight relaxation on the velocity resolution from 30Kmph to 5oKmph allows measurement rate to be 5.5Khz
