FDC1004: Sensor Electrode

Can CINn pin have input voltage? If so, what is the maximum voltage?

Image below is our sensor(head), inside of it has a circuit board and has an output voltage. Does this sensor is ok to use to FDC1004 as a sensor electrode?

Hi Janine,
No, the CINx pins are used to set the DC voltages by the FDC1004 in order to measure the capacitance. They definitely can't be driven by another source.
