I saw the iwr1642 RF probe test bord using the stackup below.

I have one question about the RO3003's dielectric constant ,here , the file use the dielectric constant 3.66, this is equal to the dielectric constant of RO4835 ,is this dielectric right?

The dielectric constant of RO4835 and other specification is included in the data sheet linked below

I know the dielectric constant of RO4835 is 3.66, and the dielectric constant of RO3003 is 3.00,.

but in the document below , you used the dielectric constant 3.66 for RO3003's design.
