My GUI VER IS 3.3.0.0, is the formula above incorrect ?

The formula from the datasheet is correct, so the one you have shown (which matches the datasheet) should be correct.

thank you for your reply, i want to make sure that the GUI have not fixed the bug yet ?

i am confused :

the ambient temp is 19.7℃，the GUI ver 3.3.0.0 is 38℃， the formula from the datasheet is 44 ℃.

the internal temp is about 20 ℃ high than the ambient temp.

I think internal temp. should be about 3~5 ℃ higher than ambient ,but 20 ℃ is too high!

While the typical error for the internal temperature sensor of the PGA900 is listed as +/-6C, the offset can be quite high sometimes (10-15C is not out of the question). This is why we recommend calibrating the internal temperature sensor if it is being used for absolute temperature measurement.

If it is being used as a temperature reference for temperature and linearity compensation of pressure data, then only the relative values matter and this is not necessary.
