Hello,

For testing purposes, i want to try AWR1642Boost-EVM to mmWave demo Visualizer chrome app.

I already install its SDK (version 3.1).It's serial port shown in device manager (COM18-DATA PORT) and (COM19-User UART).

I opened the chrome app, installed TI Cloud agent, and when i go to options>serial port , it says ''Error: no serial ports found connected to your computer. Please check your USB connection.''

Am i missing something? Please help. Thank you.

Hi Zuedmar,

Would you be able to post a screenshot of the error you are receiving?

For AWR1642BOOST you'll want to use the mmWave-SDK 2.1.

Hello! My port connection already been solved. But i encountered another problem, i already installed mmWave sdk version 2.1 as you said. But when i press "Send config to mmwave device" it had an error like this

This means that you have flashed a binary from the mmWave-SDK 2.0 but you have indicated in the visualizer SDK version that you are using 2.1. Make sure you change this setting in the visualizer to 2.0 and it should work fine.
