humidity sensor selecting question

Hi team,

     For humidity sensor, 85℃ and 85% RH is one of customer's application scenario. Could you please help to check if we have any humidity sensor product which don't have the RH accuracy shift in this case. Thanks a lot!

    Hello Zhengquan,
     

    The simultaneous exposure for RH>=85% and Temperature >=85C is not supported in our present generation of Humidity Sensors. Under this condition the RH (Relative Humidity) accuracy will be permanently degraded after few days of such exposure.
