Dear Bala & Clancy

For remote sensing, what type of measurement to be used? What is the preferred distance between  sensor and container if the size of the electrode is 2.5cm?

    Hi Janine,
    For liquid level sensing, we recommend using differential measurement along with out-of phase liquid level technique to minimize any interference and maximize SNR. You can find more information on this in the following app note: www.ti.com/.../snoa925.pdf. You can place the sensor on the wall of the container, if you read through the above application note you will get a better idea on where to place the sensors.
