IWR6843ISK: DCA1000EVM DataCaptureDemo using MMWAVE Studio works with IWR1642BOOST but does not work with IWR6843ISK Evaluation Module + TI mmWave EVM Carrier Card

Hello,

I would like to use MMWAVE Studio to develop with IWR6843ISK + DCA1000EVM. 

I followed the instructions on the DCA1000EVM Quick Start Guide. I was able to the get the demo program (DataCaptureDemo_xwr.lua) to work with IWR1642BOOST. So I expect that software setup including drivers etc. has been done correctly.

However, when I attach IWR6843ISK Evaluation Module + TI mmWave EVM Carrier Card to DCA1000EVM and try to follow the same instructions, the MMWAVE Studio freezes every time. This happens when I try to make the SPI connection (step 5). There is no error message, the program simply does not go anywhere.

Do you have any suggestion on how to get the setup working?
