I am doing experiments on the the EVM for vital signs. I understand that from the developer's guide, that the output of the EVM will be saved as a .bin file in the path lab-0001-driver-vitalsigns\vitalSigns_host\gui_exe. I tried to convert the .bin file saved as output from EVM so that I can view the results however, it is shown as a full text file in the characters (small part) shown below:

Is there any way that I can view my results or convert it into a C++ or a hexadecimal file? where I will be able to interpret it as format mentioned in the slides “Output packet on UART”.
