IWR6843: PMIC Clock Range

Part Number: IWR6843

I am developing a sensor utilizing the IWR6843 and I want to make use of the PMIC clock output to synchronize an external buck converter.
Referring to table 4-3 (pg 227) of the reference manual it indicates a configurable range of 1.7 to 2.2 [MHz]. Where do these limits originate from?

According to the same table the PMIC_CLK can use several clock sources, thus the PMIC_CLK should be capable of a wider range (given the two clock divider registers.)

Reiterating, what limits the range of frequencies?
