IWR1642BOOST: mmWave Sensor - Zone Occupancy Detection Demo

Hi,

We have an IWR1642BOOST EVM from TI.

From under the TI Resource Explorer - Software - mmWave Sensors - Labs, we are attempting to run the Zone Occupancy Detection demo. Following the instruction in the User's Guide, we have successfully flashed the EVM and launched the Visualizer. When loading the configuration file, it appears to have been loaded successfully as we see the "Sensor Start" message however the plot to the right does not display any data.

Any feedback on what could be causing this would be appreciated.

Hi Simi,

Please confirm that the configuration you are using works with the OOB demo.

This EVM supports SDK1.2, using which resolved our issue.

Hi Justin,

It turns out the configuration file was not the issue. We have the old revision of the EVM which works with SDK1.2, we were using SDK2.1 which our EVM is not compatible with.

We have the demo running using SDK1.2
