Vedansh,

Please take a look at this app note. The frequency resolution will be very similar to the LDC1614 resolution. From the frequency resolution, you can back-calculate the approximate capacitance resolution.

Hi Clancy,

I have some problem regarding calculation of (Fsensorx).I found following procedure in order to find Capacitance resolution of sensor.

Mode: Single Channel
Sensor Configuration: Single-ended Sensor, So formula for capacitance is :
Where:
CH0_FIN_SEL = b01 & F ref0 = (F clk)/ (CH0_Fref_Divider); where F clk = 2 - 40 MHz & CH0_Fref_Divider = 1,
DATAx = 28bits data -------?, what should I use in DATAx.

DATAx is the output of the LDC1614 which can be found in the DATAx_MSB and DATAx_LSB registers.
