DRV5057: Linear Hall effect sensor for use in vacuum

Dear TI Support,

For a new line of industrial lithography machines we are looking into linear Hall effect sensors (eg your DRV5057 series). However our primary requirement is that the sensor shall be able to operate in deep vacuum. Do you offer a (custom?) Hall effect sensor that has been qualified for use in vacuum? Thanks in advance for your answer.

    At this time, none of our linear Hall effect sensors have been qualified for operating in a deep vacuum. If you send me an e-mail at ian@ti.com we can discuss this further.
