LMP91300: measurements on two same PCB's differ from each other

Team,

we've made a design of the PNP sensor with the LMP91300. I measured two PCBs with LMP91300 on each of them (D4 and D5), the device/PCB D4 shows totally different measurement values than the device D5.

The one measurement is average value from 22 values of the proximity register. I changed between those PCBs the capacitor CF (CF_4 <-> CF_5), CBY (CBY_4 <-> CBY5), thermistors, coils (the coils inductance is approximately 165uH). It's still the same.

Can you help to understand why is there such a big difference between D4 and D5? Where are we making a mistake?

Schematic, layout, register values and measurement values we can share offline.

Thank you for your prompt help.
