OPT101: Which glue to use to glue an OPT101 on an glas, acrylic or polycarbonate rod?

Hi there.

We are looking for glue to glue a transparent rod onto  an OPT101. The glue has be clear to get a good optical connection between the rod an the sensor.

We tried to glue an acrylic rod onto the sensor using a dedicated glue for acrylic glass, but the mechanical connection wasn't very reliable. Alternative materials could be glas or polycarbonate.

The data sheet doesn't contain any information about the material of clear plastic package.

What need to know is a suitable glue o the type of plastic used for the sensor.
