CCS/IWR1642BOOST: Which parameter do I have to select to measure range and velocity ?

In the given data structure of 1351.mmw Demo Data Structure_8_16.pdf

I have these many different parameters 

If i am selecting only Range Doppler Heat Map how many main parameter like  Range Profile,Heat Profile , Range Azimuth Heat Map and so on  will i get from above snap shot. If I am selecting only Range Doppler Heat Map i am getting RDHM1.docx

this data . At where I will get distance and velocity because when I selected 3 parameters as shown in this 

I was getting limited data Data_Format.docx

Tell me where I am wrong and how can I detect value of distance and velocity easily in understandable format like 1-60 meter and velocity in m/s?

I just want to measure range and velocity for this from minimum data of selected parameters of demo visualizer which parameters I have to select and howmuch data will I get in output if it has two objects on demo visualizer if i select that suggested by you?
